The Rosemary Magee Internship is a position available to graduating seniors and recent graduates of an Emory College arts department, as well as recent graduates of an Emory graduate arts program. This year-long salaried internship focuses on arts marketing, communication with the Emory community, and substantive participation in a spectrum of activities for the Center for Creativity and the Arts.
The Servant Leadership Summer is a funded summer internship program that places qualified Emory University students in Atlanta-area nonprofits, government agencies, and socially responsible businesses. The Servant Leadership Summer Program includes an orientation, weekly class sessions, projects, and 240 hours of work at your placement site. Students receive a $4000 stipend.
Internship organizations include The Alliance Theater and Wonderoot, an Atlanta-based non-profit arts and service organization. Students may also design their own internship. See site for full details.
This internship is an opportunity for students to earn one hour of academic credit. This one-credit hour will appear on your transcript to count towards the hours needed to graduate from Emory College, but will not fulfill requirements for majors or general education. This program provides students and departments with an exchange of service, training and valuable work experience. Please note that this program is open to students beyond Emory. The ten-week program (12-weeks optional) provides departments with student workers specializing in their area or need.
